This is the most comprehensive and well "tuned" B58 turbo kit on the market. If you don't already know who we are, we design and manufacture all of our products to truly offer value and improvements to what is currently available right here in the USA!

We have spent nearly two years testing different manifolds and variations of our turbo kit before finally landing on what we know is the best flowing, most tunable, and inclusive turbo kit currently on the market for the B58 platform.

Please email us after placing an order if you have an aftermarket intake manifold. We use a clamped charge pipe that requires spot on fitment. If not specified you will receive OEM fitment charge pipe

The Manifold

Our Lightning series turbo kits all utilize a DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintered) Twin Scroll Turbo Manifold. Unique manufacturing processes allowed us to design a B58 tailored turbo manifold to truly prioritize volumetric efficiency, pulse interference, wastegate priority and flow without the compromises of working around a tubular structure. WE HAVE tested tubular manifolds, this manifold truly outperformed any other manifold we tested.

We have meticulously CFD tested, tuned, and tweaked our manifold for perfect control over exhaust gasses to find peak volumetric efficiency.

All of our turbo kits are made to order, expect around a 4 week lead time! We make all of this to order here in the US and its very expensive for us to stock turbo kits, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

By purchasing a BMR B58 Lightning Turbo Kit, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. This turbo kit is a custom-manufactured product built to order.
   Production and machining begin immediately after purchase.

2. All turbo kit sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE.
   Due to the custom built to order nature of these products, they cannot be resold or repurposed once production has started.

3. Cancellation Window:
   You may cancel your order within 3 calendar days of the purchase date. After 3 days, cancellations or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

4. Chargeback Notice:
   By completing this purchase, you acknowledge this policy and agree not to file a chargeback based on buyer’s remorse, delivery time, or dissatisfaction related to custom manufacturing. All disputes will be handled according to these terms.

These terms and conditions help us prevent fraudulent charge backs, thank you for your acknowledgement. 

WARRANTY

We strive to provide top quality products in addition to customer service. If you have any stress induced failures to the manifold or other components included in our turbo kit from normal use we will offer full replacement of any of these components up to 2 years. Warranty does not include ANY damage to your vehicle.  You are responsible for ensuring that this kit was professionally and correctly installed.

Turbo or Wastegate related warranty claims are handled directly through Turbosmart (Turbos come standard with 1 year warranty)
