Welcome to Black Market Race's Shipping and Returns Center

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, regardless of where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for shipping. For high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 48-72 hours to process and ship your in-stock order. For urgent deliveries, please contact us directly to ensure timely shipping.
  • Shipping Locations: Our products are shipped from authorized Black Market Race locations. Some products are shipped directly from our main facility, while others may be drop-shipped from authorized distributors.
  • International Shipping: Special arrangements may be required for international orders and oversize packages. Additional information may be requested for orders outside the USA.
  • Shipping Errors: In case of any errors in shipping rates quoted at checkout, we will contact you with updated charges. We strive to absorb such discrepancies whenever possible, without passing them onto our customers.

Damaged Products

  • Reporting Damage: If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately. Keep the product in its original packaging and provide a list of damaged items.
  • Damage Claim Process: Black Market Race will initiate the claim process with the shipping carrier. Do not return damaged items without our written approval.
  • Resolution: We typically offer a replacement or store credit for damaged items. Direct refunds are not provided for damaged goods.

Order Cancellations and Returns

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and are considered returns. Special order items or custom-built items are non-returnable.
  • Restocking Fees: Unused items can be returned with up to a 20% restocking fee. The fee covers costs related to returns, exchange rates, and handling.
  • Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be in new condition with original packaging. Custom orders or special-made items are excluded.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is on our part.
  • Time Frame: Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.

Special Order Items

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Special order items typically require a deposit or full payment, which becomes non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations of special order parts are not permitted once confirmed.

Note: We do not refund shipping charges. Modifications, installations, or alterations to the item will void the possibility of a return. In cases of our error, we will handle the return and replacement process.

Store Credit and Refunds

  • Credit Memos: Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment or via check for cash payments.

Stock Availability

  • Inventory Accuracy: We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but do not guarantee real-time accuracy. For immediate availability, please contact us before ordering.
