Our Lightning/Raptor series turbo kits all utilize a DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintered) Twin Scroll Turbo Manifold.

Unique manufacturing processes allowed us to design a B58 tailored turbo manifold to truly prioritize volumetric efficiency, pulse interference, wastegate priority and flow without the compromises of working around a tubular structure.

So what does that technical jargon really mean? 

That means we are not limited by traditional restrictions set by the bend radius of schedule 40 pipe. We utilize extensive CFD (flow) testing to get the most out of your motor and into your turbo. 

WE HAVE tested tubular manifolds, this manifold truly outperformed any other manifold we tested.

- Standard T4 divided flange

- 4 outer holes come tapped to M10x1.5 and we provide (4) M10 studs and (4) Nuts in your order. 

- Pre welded on Turbosmart WG45 Flange

- Tested to work with Turbosmart Turbos from 6466 all the way to 8280 depending on chassis.
